Muscat, June 25, 2026: Oman India Fertiliser Company SAOG (under transformation) “OMIFCO” has wrapped up its retail investor roadshow across Oman, as subscription reaches its final day on 25 June 2026. Institutional subscription closes at 4pm, followed by retail subscription at 10pm. The five-city programme moved through Sur, Nizwa, Salalah, Sohar and Muscat, building investor interest at each stop. Investors heard directly from OMIFCO’s executive management and participating banks on the Company behind the offer, including its position as Oman’s largest producer of urea and ammonia for domestic supply and international markets. The final dates in Sohar on 23 June and Muscat on 24 June brought the roadshow to a close ahead of the Company’s expected listing on the Muscat Stock Exchange on 8 July 2026. During both engagements, discussions continued into the final details of participation. Questions covered broker requirements, retail subscription limits, Sharia compliance, non-Omani investor eligibility and the final pricing process. Bank Muscat also noted that investor demand had been very strong so far, with subscription levels continuing to increase ahead of the close. OMIFCO had earlier announced the price and subscription details for its Initial Public Offering on the Muscat Stock Exchange. The offering comprises 1,672,343,750 shares, representing 25% of the Company’s total share capital, priced between Bzs 146 and Bzs 156 per share. With the roadshow complete, the IPO now enters its closing hours for retail investors, marking the final chance to complete their applications before the offer period ends.
